Journals on the Teaching of Geography and Planning

The Journal of Planning Education and Research (JPER)
JPER is a forum for planning educators and scholars (from both academia and practice) to present results from teaching and research that advance the profession and improve planning practice. The journal covers planning theory, planning practice, and planning pedagogy. It also encompasses disciplines drawn upon by planners such as urban geography, welfare economics, interest-group politics, policy analysis, as well as other subjects used in the planning classroom.

Journal of Geography in Higher Education
The Journal of Geography in Higher Education (JGHE) was founded upon the conviction that the development of learning and teaching was vitally important to Higher Education. It is committed to promote, enhance and share geography learning and teaching in all institutions of higher education throughout the world, and provides a forum for geographers and others, regardless of the specialisms, to discuss common educational interests, to present the results of educational research, and to advocate new ideas. All submitted articles are peer reviewed.
